Kroc Swim Happy Hour
The problem
Day Pass purchases for the Kroc Center Pools have been significantly down from previous years. Currently, the pools are not an easy place to relax, Day Pass prices are too high for the duration of time allowed. Pool times are confusing, and an older less hip crowd populates the pool.
The pitch
Make the Kroc Center pools a destination point by creating an event, a vibe, an experience to share with our neighbors. By creating a hip affordable destination for families to have fun and relax, we should see a surge of people being more inclined to swim at the Kroc Center pools.
Implementation and Results
Launched during the off times and days of spring and fall 2019. This initiative led to a 300% increase of swim day passes during the Happy Hour
